Pat is one of the world’s foremost transformational leaders and has already personally coached and inspired over 50,000 people. He was the most effective Event Leader in the history of Landmark Worldwide and a Leader of the Forum for Landmark Worldwide, the biggest training and development company of its kind in the world. In 2006 he combined his extensive transformational training with his success in business to create the Rubicon Results Institute, an international coaching program. Since then, Rubicon and Pat have transformed the lives of participants across North America, Great Britain, and Europe.  

Long before Rubicon Results was born, Pat used these principles to create jobs he loved. Prior to his extensive work in training and development he was a TV Weatherman and Talk Show Host in Phoenix, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco. That led to hosting national game shows like The Joker’s Wild and Shop til You Drop for more than 15 years. Pat has raised millions of dollars for business and owned a radio station and highly successful production company.  His philanthropic endeavors include raising $5.5 million for various charities including helping to build a children’s hospital in Haiti.
